A Safe by it’s very nature can be extremely difficult to get in to. They can also at times be very temperamental and once you see signs of difficulty in opening or closing them you should call Paul before the problem becomes a greater problem and therefore more expense to the customer which is what we are trying to avoid.
We are on call for safe repairs and maintenance but as a rule need more information prior to the job as every safe has its own features and difficulties. We would generally request a photo of the safe and ask some detailed questions prior to arrival of the job, but this is not always required.
Domestic type safes are generally not graded as high security compared to let’s say a government safe, so our time to attend and solve the problem is considerably less.
